Elwira Nowak
Elwira Nowak is the Founder and Principal Consultant of HR Consulting. As an HR Leader and business partner, with 11 years of HR experience, Elwira has focused on strategic HR management to maximize organizational effectiveness and drive business value by aligning the organizations people strategy with their business strategy.
Elwira is a member of the HRPA and holds a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation. Elwira has a B.A. Degree from the University of Toronto and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from George Brown College. In addition to this, Elwira holds a Certificate in Pay Equity from Hicks Morley and a Certificate in Advanced HR Law for Senior HR Executives from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.
Giving Back to the Community
Elwira is dedicated to volunteering and giving back to the community. Elwira coaches and mentors new immigrant professionals via the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC) and George Brown College students in their Ten Thousand Coffees program who are looking to enter the field of HR.
